Under the supervision of qualified personnel, within an independent quality department, we apply updated production monitoring through permanent qualitative diagnosis by our control laboratory and control analyzes from outside laboratories. The production respects the HACCP procedure standards, the traceability follow-up is real and permanent.

The manufacturing methods respect the HACCP quality approach acquired since 2008 and in the process of certification. Our premises and installations are regularly treated against all nuisances and external contaminations.
The traceability of materials and inputs is ensured at all times
A clean and autonomous mechanical workshop ensures the proper maintenance of our industrial equipment and the general maintenance of the installations.
The Company is affiliated with an official health body which carries out regular medical checks on the health of its staff.
No employment of minors.
Our packaging is in accordance with the usual standards, the labels in accordance with most international regulations. The nutritional factors mentioned have been established by a recognized laboratory. Our products meet the usual health standards and are approved for export to European Union countries and many other destinations.

The production unit is certified for production and packaging according to organic standards.

Fair trade :

CODAL is an eco-responsible company according to the criteria of fair trade and solidarity, respecting the environment and the environment.
Since 2016, CODAL has been certified Equitable & Solidaire by ANESM – National Association of Fair Trade and Solidarity in Madagascar with which it contributes to various social actions.
Since 2009, thanks to the collaboration with 45 traditional farmers certified by us, a certain number of our productions are ORGANIC certified by ECOCERT
Finally, we are in the process of certification for 2020 according to the FFL- Free For Life (Fair Trade) standard.
